Duties involve daily supervision of hostel activities (staff, maintenance, housekeeping), monitoring & improving industry standards, new business development.

Formal pre-requisites:
University Degree with Business or Hotel background
2 years of team-leadership, team-building and -selection (HR)
Sound knowledge of service industry 
Superior Spanish & English in writing and speaking
Available to start asap in Toledo, Spain
European passport

Informal pre-requisites:
True interest for backpacking & traveling
A people's person with a passion for delivering the best

OH CASA Sintra, Portugal

We are looking for an Innkeeper that takes care of our little place with only 4 bedrooms, making check-ins and out, entertaining guests and making sure that everybody is happy and having a great time.

We offer free food and accommodation and a monthly salary of 500€. This is a position for 1 person or 1 couple.
Minimum time of contract: 3 months

You need to speak English, French and ideally some Portuguese.
